No drilling muds or liquids shall be used. Refuse and soil with refuse removed <br />during drilling shall be disposed of in a San Joaquin County provided roll -off bin and all refuse shall be <br />covered at the end of each working day with a plastic sheet. If any well bore hole is to be left open at <br />the end of the work day, the opening of the bore hole shall be securely covered with plywood and <br />cordoned off with barricades and caution tape. Cal OSHA Health and Safety requirements shall be <br />strictly enforced. <br />A well schedule is included on page seven of the Project Drawings. Well depths will be from 25 feet to <br />66 feet below ground surface as shown in the well schedule. <br />Construction of the extraction wells will be performed by RJG as shown on detail 1, page 7, of the <br />Project Drawings. Four inch HDPE SDR11 pipe shall be used for the well casing and shall be suspended <br />and centered in the bore hole using a pipe hanger while backfill materials are placed in the bore hole as <br />shown in the well detail. <br />Schedule <br />RJG anticipates the Extension of Closure Cap Project to begin on May 6th, 2013 and the well boring work <br />to begin on May 16th, 2013. The seven gas extraction wells are expected to be completed with three <br />days. RJG will provide 48 hours notice to the Environmental Health Department prior to beginning any <br />well boring and well installation. <br />Health and Safety <br />RJG adopts the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, Site Specific Health and Safety plan as <br />part of this work plan.
