The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for RUN ROADLINES INC as of September 21, 2021. <br /> Open violations from June 16, 2021 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#5 -Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: 55 gallons of oil, 55 gallons of used anti freeze, and 350 gallons of propane were found on site that <br /> have not been reported in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#6 -Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map was not submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is missing all of the elements <br /> stated below in the next paragraph. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, <br /> storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material <br /> handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
