This means <br /> the original focatlon closest to Highway 99. <br /> 2. Catellus needs to file a 7460-1 with the SF ADD office. <br /> 3. An assessment roust be completed by a certified Wildlife Biologist Biologist must meet the <br /> requirements contained in AC 15015200-36. <br /> 4 The County Permitting Agency will include conditions for monitoring and mitigation measures for <br /> the proposed stormwater basins. <br /> 5. Meet requirements contained in AC .150!5200-33C. <br /> b. The ODS is subject to offset requirements along the Airport perimeter fence to meet TSA security <br /> guidelines. <br /> c. The ODS shall enter into a maintenance agreement for the traffic signal located at Arch-Airport Road <br /> and Pock Lane. <br /> d. The ODS shall, at its sole cost and expense, repair any damage to Earhart Avenue and B Street <br /> attributable to Catellus Permitted Users of Building 4 in accordance with all applicable laws, <br /> ordinances, regulations and codes during the period of use. <br /> e. The ODS shall sign a Roadway Use and Maintenance Agreement with the Airport priorto use of Airport <br /> roadways(B Street, Earhart Avenue, and Pock Lane). The agreement shall include a requirement for <br /> documentation of the condition of the roadways through video or photographic media prior to <br /> construction, every two weeks following the start of construction, and once Catellus no longer requires <br /> use of these streets for construction or everyday use. This documentation shall be provided to the <br /> Airport for each phase. <br /> f.
