Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Attention: Mary Mays
Re: 4644 Waterloo Road, Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Mays:
Please be advised that I represent George Allen regarding
the leased premises located at 4644 Waterloo Road, in Stockton.
As you may know, Mr. Allen is suffering from serious health
problems that may or may not be the result of the contamination
of the water supply located on these premises. I am copying a
letter to you that I have sent to Marlowe Properties.
I am at this time requesting specifically any and all water
tests conducted by the County of San Joaquin over the last ten
years reflective of any toxins that may have penetrated the water
supplies/system located at this subject property. In order to
competently investigate this matter and determine whether or not
there was contamination that could have resulted in a physical
ailment, it is necessary that I receive any and all pertinent
information. I will not file a lawsuit until such time as I
believe that there is a causal effect involved here and therefore
I am not subpoenaing these records but am asking for them volun-
tarily. These are, or should be, public records and should be
available for me. I would appreciate your complete cooperation
in this regard and look forward to speaking with you in the very
near future.
RET/lmf
Enclosure
cc: Mr. Allen
