Box 150211 <br />San Rafael, A 94915 <br />Re: 4644 Waterloo Road, Stockton, California <br />Dear Mr. Marlowe: <br />Please be advised that I represent George Allen regarding <br />the May 10, 1993, letter sent to you from the Public Health <br />Services of San Joaquin County. <br />At this time I am in the process of investigating very <br />serious health conditions that Mr. Allen has suffered since he <br />leased the premises owned by you. It is my understanding after <br />reviewing the May 10, 1993, letter from the Public Health Servic- <br />es agency that there are certain contaminants contained in the <br />water supply to the building that you own. After review of the <br />prescribed risk or health hazards related to the chemicals found, <br />It is eminently apparent that M±. Allen may in fact be suffering <br />serious physical ailments as a result of ingestion of the water <br />supplied to your premises. <br />This is a serious legal matter of significant consequence <br />that I am carefully reviewing with the aid of various physicians. <br />I am at this time notifying you that I believe you should contact <br />your insurance carrier at once and put them on notice of this <br />potential hazard. I am copying this letter to the Public Health <br />Services so that they know my serious intent with regard to <br />investigations of any and all claims relative to the good health <br />of my client Mr. Allen. <br />Further, I am at this time requesting that you voluntarily <br />supply me with any and all test results from your well located at <br />this site.
