Attachment 9. <br />09/14/93 Two off site drinking water wells were sampled: 2817 Cherryland; <br />contaminants detected, and 4795 Waterloo Road; no contaminants detected. <br />FGL results, Attachment 10. <br />09-29-93 Two additional monitoring wells were installed, MW3 and MW4. These wells <br />were installed as part of the underground storage tank investigation. <br />10-04-93 Monitoring wells, MW2, MW3, and MW4 were sampled this date. Results <br />pending. <br />10-07-93 PHS/EHD correspondence to the property owners of 2817 indicated that the <br />on site drinking water well was contaminated.
