Page 3 <br />Envannwd • mre GEove July 17,2012 <br />Project Number 2012-04-010 <br />Mr. Severin <br />1025 Seward Way <br />Stockton, CA 95207 <br />Subject: Soil Sampling Investigation <br />Waterloo Property <br />2377 N Waterloo Rd <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Enviro Assess has been retained by Mr. Severin, to conduct a Soil Sampling Investigation of the <br />former underground storage tank at the property at 2377 N Waterloo Rd, Stockton, CA 95205. <br />The property is currently being used by a tool rental and small equipment repair store. <br />Our office previously completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (November 2011) in <br />which we identified the former tank as an area of concern. Based on the Phase I, an underground <br />storage tank appeared to have been installed onsite. No removal of the tank was noted in the <br />county files. No samples were collected or analytical results reviewed from the possible <br />removal. A Phase II Investigation in the area of the UST along with samples collected based on <br />the San Joaquin County UST closure requirements was recommended and proposed in the <br />workplan. <br />SITE BACKGROUND <br />Site History <br />The property contains a tool rental, repair and sales shop.
