The site inspection did not observe any visible recognized environmental conditions <br />related to the subject property, with the exception of several minor stains and spillage, as these <br />are located on concrete they are considered a de minimis condition. <br />The database and the county files indicate a UST was located on the property. No <br />records were located indicating the removal of the tank or its location. The store owner indicated <br />that he knew the location and that it was removed. However, he did not have first hand <br />knowledge.
