STATED NO ONE ON SITE IS WEARING FACE MASKS,WATER TASTES LIKE RUST <br /> AND FACILITY IS SERVING AT FULL CAPACITY. COMPLAINANT ORDERED SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN, CHOW <br /> MEIN AND FRIED RICE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed multiple rodent droppings on top of the dishwasher located on site.The dishwasher did <br /> contain a sticky trap that appeared to have been placed there recently while the droppings did appear aged and dry. <br /> Remove all droppings and sanitize area immediately.A re-inspection will be conducted on or after 04/19/2021. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed soda nozzle build up on the soda fountain at this time. Remove, clean and properly sanitize <br /> soda nozzles as much as needed during operational use.
