I was then invited to conduct my inspection, in <br /> which I asked the manager a few questions.According to the manager; no one on site has complained of feeling ill, have <br /> been expressing any symptoms of an illness and all staff practice proper hand washing procedures throughout the day. The <br /> hand washing stations are functioning and fully stocked, but some cooling temperatures for two of the coolers are slightly <br /> above the proper compliance of 41 F or below.The manager stated that the coolers are usually opened multiple times, <br /> especially during the lunch hour, in which i had arrived towards the end of.
