To prevent further unnecessary delays, it is <br /> important to coordinate development and approval of the <br /> landfill gas control system with the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District (SJAPCD) . The level of detail of <br /> the landfill gas control system specifications and plans <br /> should be at the level at which the SJAPCD would grant an <br /> authority to construct . <br /> 4 . Cost estimates and financial assurances must be revised to <br /> reflect the above comments (14 CCR 18263 and 18282) .
