Environmental Health <br /> Inspection Date: February 25, 1987 <br /> Inspected By: Jack W. Miller <br /> I conducted the second inspection of the subject facility on <br /> February 25, 1987. 1 met with Don Cox, Site Foreman, and Ken <br /> Belcher, Site Supervisor at the site during the inspection. I <br /> also met with Tom Horton, County Solid Waste Manager, and Mark <br /> Urquhart, Project Engineer, at their office at 1810 E. Hazelton <br /> Ave. , Stockton. The weather was clear, warm, and calm. However, <br /> it had rained within the 48 hours preceeding the inspection. <br /> Violations of State Minimum Standards documented during the <br /> inspection are outlined below. Indeterminate findings are also <br /> outlined. The site was found in compliance with all other <br /> standards. Measures implemented to correct violations noted by <br /> the first inspector on 10/26/86 are also noted. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> Violations of the following California Administrative Code (CAC) <br /> Sections were documented during the inspection: <br /> 17679 - Final Site Face <br /> The final face at the northwest corner of the site had a 1.48 to <br /> 1 horizontal to vertical ratio or 34 degrees as measured with a <br /> clinometer (Slides 10, 11) . This exceeds the 1.75 to 1 ratio (29 <br /> degrees) permitted by CAC Section 17679. This violation was also <br /> noted on the first inspection on 10/26/86. <br />
