I <br /> constructed and tested two bar holes along this perimeter and <br /> found no methane gas. <br /> CORRECTIONS IMPLEMENTED <br /> The following measures were implemented to correct violation(s) <br /> documented during the first inspection: <br /> 17658 - Site Security <br /> The breach in site security fence noted along the west perimeter <br /> by the first inspector on 10/26/86 along the west perimeter had <br /> been corrected (Slide 12) . <br /> 17684 - Intermediate Cover <br /> The exposed waste in the intermediate cover adjacent to the wet <br /> weather pad noted by the first inspector on 10/26/86 had been <br /> corrected. <br /> 17690 Storage of Salvage <br /> The first inspector documented a violation of this standard on <br /> 10/26/86 because white goods had been stored with doors still <br /> attached. Stored waste oil was also seen spilled on the ground. <br /> I observed that the white goods had been removed and that the <br /> waste oil storage area had been cleaned up. <br /> 17708 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br /> The erosion noted by the first inspector on 10/26/86 along the <br /> east perimeter had been corrected (Slide 13) . <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Most of the problems observed during this inspection were the <br /> result of past grading inadequacies. However, the site has a new <br /> grading and drainage plan which is in the process of being <br /> implemented.
