This pad will be <br /> located as shown on Attachment A as Area A. This pad will be <br /> elevated above surrounding areas and graded to drain® This <br /> will enable utilization of this pad for the winters of 7f <br /> through and including 9/90 when the site (primary site) will <br /> be closed by filling to final grade® <br /> During the period of November 1 , 1987 through April 30, 198 <br /> about 100,000 compacted cubic yards (CY) of space will be <br /> consumed by placing waste in Areas 1 through 3 as shown on <br /> Attachment A. Area 1 will be filled with a first lift and <br /> sloped to drain westward at 1%. Next , Area 2 which is the <br /> existing winter pad for commercial customers will be brought to <br /> final grade with 3% slopes. Finally a final lift will be <br /> placed over Area 3 and Area 1 to bring both Areas to finished <br /> grade® (This final lift will be placed over a first lift which <br />
