CALIFORNIA WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br /> FACILITY INVESTIGATION SUMMARY <br /> Investigation #3 Page 1 of 3 <br /> Facility: Harney Lane Landfill <br /> SWIS #: 39-AA-0003 <br /> Location: Harney Lane <br /> Local Enforcement Agency: San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Investigation Date: November 17-18, 1987 . <br /> Investigated by: Jesse Adams <br /> I conducted the third investigation of the subject facility on <br /> November 17-18, 1987. 1 was accompanied by Mr. Alan Biedermann <br /> of the San Joaquin Health District. The results of the <br /> investigation were discussed with Mr. Biedermann and with Mr. Tom <br /> Horton of Public Works at a meeting in Health District offices on <br /> November 19, 1987 . <br /> Investigation results including violations of State minimum <br /> Standards, indeterminates, and corrections implemented are <br /> outlined below. The facility was found in compliance with all <br /> other standards. Results of the investigation were discussed <br /> with the facility operator and the Local Enforcement Agency <br /> (LEA) . Photo documentation is available from the Board upon <br /> written request. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> The following items are listed as violations pending correction <br /> as per the schedule outlined in the operations phasing plan <br /> submitted to the Board on July 29, 1987, and will be closely <br /> followed by the LEA. The plan anticipates correction of the <br /> violations by wet season (December) of 1988.
