Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> Re: L <br /> PERMIT 39-AA-003 <br /> Dear Mr. Hall: <br /> In accordance with requests from the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District, and the .requirement of part 2-A of the Solid Waste <br /> Facilities Permit for the Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill, the <br /> following winterization plan is submitted for your review. <br /> Location of Winter Disposal Site <br /> The closure plan for the Harney Lane Landfill requires placing <br /> additional lifts over the top of the site, to develop a 3% slope <br /> as required by Subchapter 15, Chapter 3, of Title 23 of the <br /> California Administrative Code. The 86/87 winter plan will bring <br /> - <br /> a portion of the site to final grade according to closure plan. <br /> During the period of November 1, 1986 through April 30, 1987 about <br /> 171, 000 CY of space will be consumed by placing waste in areas 1 <br /> through 5 as shown on the attached plan. Area 1 will be brought <br /> up to final grade enabling drainage north easterly. Next, area 2 <br /> will receive one lift to enable drainage eastward.
