Mr. C. Leland Hall' August 26, 1986 <br /> Cover Materials Storage Area <br /> About 38,000 CY of cover material will be needed during the period <br /> of November 1, 1986 through April 30, 1987. Daily cover will <br /> require 18,000 CY and the additional 20;000 CY will be placed <br /> above the areas brought to final: grade giving a total of 11 ' of <br /> compacted cover (foundation for final cover) over the waste. <br /> During summer months in 1987 an additional Z ' foundation fill, 1' <br /> clay layer and 1 ' vegetative layer will be placed over areas at <br /> final grade as part of final closure. <br /> The 38, 000 CY needed will be excavated `from '.land south east of <br /> the site and north of the East Bay Municipal Utility District <br /> pipes.
