It is tested quarterly and <br /> results are sent to the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB) . I <br /> contacted Steve Salzman, RWQCB, and he <br /> advised me that current test results <br /> are inconclusive in determining water <br /> quality. More extensive monitoring <br /> tests are to be conducted and should be <br /> reviewed by future inspectors to establish <br /> compliance to this section. <br /> 17668 Communication There is a telephone on site. The C <br /> Facilities. number is ( 209) 368-4525. <br /> 17669 Lighting. This site does not operate during C <br /> hours of darkness. <br /> 17670 Personnel Personnel were issued hard hats, C <br /> Health and hearing protection, safety glasses, <br /> Safety. particle respirators, and rain gear. <br /> Safety training consists of films <br /> and bi-weekly tailgate safety meetings. <br /> DISPOSAL SITE OPERATIONS. <br /> 17676 Confined The unloading area was well confined C <br /> Unloading. for the number and types of vehicles <br /> using this site.
