At that time, you indicated you would have Bill Cypher con- tact us so we could meet with him in the field to discuss our concerns. On December 28, 1977, Mr. Glen Baltzer, City of Lodi's Street Supervisor and I met with Mr. Cypher at the Harney Lane site and, at that time, discussed our concerns. Our major concerns are as follows: 1 . The County adopting the grading plan for the Harney Lane site without receiving input or approval from the City of Lodi; 2. That a 11-to 15-foot fill will be placed over natural ground on City of Lodi property at the Harney Lane site; 3. No fill will be placed on the adjacent county parcel at the Harney Lane site; 4. The County's using a minimum of 2 feet of ultimate cover versus the 3 feet which the City of Lodi was using and was proposing for ultimate cover. At our meeting with Mr. Cypher he indicated that within the week or so we would be receiving an ultimate grading plan of the Harney Lane site for review. As of this date, March 13, 1978, we have not heard from the County concerning this matter, nor have we received any grading plan submittal . Y
