Son Joaquin County Public Works Department
March 13, 1978
Page 2
It is not felt that this type of operation is covered under our agreement dated
Jamiary 2, 1975 with the County on the use of the Harney Lane site. It is
felt that it goes without saying that any major changes to the grading on the
City property should be reviewed and approved by the City. It is felt that the
fill which is currently being made certainly limits the future uses of the property
and may appreciably reduce its ultimate value.
It is, therefore, formally requested that the County submit to us a proposed
grading and drainage plan showing your fill operation together with any other
operation which may have a negative impact on the resale of our parcel in
order that it can be reviewed, considered and, hopefully, approved by the City of
Lodi.
Sincerely,
Jack Ronsko
Public Works Director
cc: City Manager
County Health District
