Should the soil require containment and disposal in a Class 1 <br /> disposal site, additional costs of personal protective equipment, handling, and <br /> disposal will be borne by San Joaquin County. <br /> ESTIMATE OF COSTS <br /> The following estimated costs are based on your request for proposal, the <br /> described scope of services for the probe intallation, the information currently <br /> available to EMCON, and the above assumptions and contingencies. <br /> Task 1 - Initial visit and preparation $ 3 300 <br /> Task 2 - Install and monitor gas probes QpJ <br /> Task 3 - Decommission existing gas probes 6,100 <br /> Task 4 - Prepare summary report 3,200 <br /> TOTAL ESTIMATED COST $ 24,200 <br /> This total cost does not include the cost of the well permit fee if required, or the <br /> decommissioning of more than six probes. The fees for services performed will <br /> be determined on a time-material-and-expense basis in accordance with the <br /> current contract terms and conditions in force between EMCON Associates and <br /> San Joaquin County.
