Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Receipt of Closure Documents for Harney Lane Sanitary <br /> Landfill, Facility No. 39-AA-0003 <br /> Dear Mr. Crooks: <br /> This letter is to notify you that on February 22 , 1991, we received <br /> the final closure and postclosure maintenance plans, dated <br /> September 1990 and revised February 1991, for resubmittal for the <br /> above facility. Pursuant to Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations, Section 18268, these documents are submitted by the <br /> owner/operator to the California Integrated Waste Management Board, <br /> the local enforcement agency, and the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board.
