The State <br /> Inspection of 2/13/90 noted that the RDSI did not fully describe site operations or fully <br /> address each section (a-1) of CCR 18222. The 11/90 5-Year Permit Review noted that "due to <br /> the short time the landfill will stay open it will not be practical to begin a now solid <br /> waste facility permit process. An agreement has been reached—that time and resources <br /> should be spent on the closure activities of this facility. A N&O for this facility will <br /> control operations until closure (issued 12/27/90) . A compliance agreement dated 11/13/90 <br /> between the operator and the LEA will also address this issue."
