Harney Lane Disposal Site <br /> Page No. 4 <br /> evident at the northern area of the landfill ( see slides I-7 , I-8 <br /> and map) , an area west of the working face ( see slide 1-9 and map) , <br /> and the abandoned access road on the northwestern slope of the <br /> landfill ( see map) . <br /> 18222 - (17616) Report of Disposal Site Information <br /> Title 14 CCR 18222 requires that the RDSI , September 29, 1977 and <br /> amendments dated September 26, 1978, must be revised to include all <br /> required criteria that include the current operations. The <br /> portions of the RDSI needing revision include but are not limited <br /> to the following: <br /> Plot plan that delineates the legal boundaries, description <br /> of the sequence of development stages, a map showing the <br /> exiting topographical contours of the property and the final <br /> elevation and information on the underlying soils and <br /> geology. <br /> AREAS OF CONCERN <br /> The following areas of concern were noted during the inspection: <br /> 17658 - Site Security <br /> The perimeter fence was broken or removed along the southwestern <br /> portion of the permitted boundary adjacent the Goehring property <br /> ( see map) . <br /> 17742 - Hazardous Waste <br /> Board staff had not determined on the day of the inspection the <br /> removal frequency of the house hold hazardous waste from the <br /> hazardous waste storage shed ( see slides I-10 through I-13 and <br /> map) . <br /> 17667 - Water Supply <br /> Title 14 CCR 17667 requires that safe drinking water shall be <br /> available to site personnel . Drinking water for site personnel was <br /> available from two garden hoses by the site office and is pumped <br /> from a well on site (see map) . The operator could not show any <br /> testing has been done to verify the potability of the water on this <br /> site well . <br /> COMPLIANCE <br /> The facility was found to be in compliance with the remaining <br /> applicable State Minimum Standards : <br /> Waste Management Specialist <br />
