See the attached metals and pathogen results. We're doing everything we
can to get into compliance by our deadline. Below are some notes on your inspection along with my response.
Bait Stations
We filled the bait stations up about half way up the tube this time instead of just putting a handful of blocks in there. If
they disappear too fast again, then I will purchase another brand of bait until we find one that the squirrels don't eat.
Traps and cages around the office are loaded with peanut butter and there's also one in the barn. I'll buy some bacon
next time I'm out as Robert suggested and add the traps to the logs.
Windrow Logs
Each row will have its own page beginning on Monday morning. I made copies of windrow log template that you and
Robert approved when you were here. We have begun using this form for all active windrows, regardless of whether or
not the material came from "old piles."
Other Notes
I will see to that fence hole and the water in the back of the site as well.
Let me know if I forgot anything.
Have a nice weekend,
ADAM PESCATORE I HARVEST POWER
Regulatory Compliance Coordinator
209-229-6667
916 Frewert Rd
Lathrop, Ca. 95330
apescatore@harvestpower.com
Web I Blog I Facebook I Twitter
http://www.harvestpower.com/privacy-poIicy/
http://www.harvestpower.com/privacy-policy/
httP://www.harvestpower.com/privacy-poIicy/
