0 •
• We have voluntarily cut back on inbound volumes from our permitted maximum of 500 tons per day. So far we
have cut back inbound volumes by 33% since December, and have averaged under 300 tons per day thus far in
April.
• We have aggressively pursued outbound sales, hiring two new sales associates, and offering our compost below
cost to larger customers. As the weather has improved, this has begun to have the desired effect.
• We have been processing our inbound material aggressively, and now believe we now processing inbound
material within 72 hours of arrival.
• We are also aggressively screening material.
We are hopeful that these efforts will continue to reduce the overall volume and bring us into full permit compliance in
the near future. I will be back on site in Lathrop the week of May 1, 1 would appreciate the opportunity to meet in
person with you and others in your office then to discuss progress to date.
