The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 22 feet NAVD 1988, <br /> Delta Avenue has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application.The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.The fee will be <br /> based on the current schedule at the time of payment.The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.(Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 2.
