The above statements are our current best, good faith estimate to <br /> identify the tasks we intend to accomplish. If there is agreement on this work scope and a release <br /> from liability agreement is issued, it is our intention to acquire the property and correct the above <br /> items. It would make the property safe and also remove the eyesore that currently exists. I plan to <br /> be an active member of the Lodi business community and look forward to providing meaningful <br /> employment opportunities for many in the local population. <br /> San Joaquin County will benefit by having the now decaying and troubled building become a <br /> part of the County's economic taxpaying fabric. I look forward to reaching agreement on the <br /> environmental and legal issues the property presents and making the site both safe and <br /> profitable. <br /> Time is of the essence. Resources are identified for this project.
