Please find enclosed a copy of the
Remedial Action Document for PG&E's Lathrop Dehydrator Station,at 5441 W. Undine Road
just outside of Lathrop,in San Joaquin County,California (APN #191-050-10). As discussed in
our phone conversation and included in the Remedial Action Document, excavation at the
Lathrop Station is proposed to remediate soil to a depth of 11 to 12 feet below ground surface
(bgs). We anticipate this project will begin in the field on or about October 20,2003 and
should take approximately one month to complete. If we see any major changes forthcoming in
the schedule,we will advise you in advance.
This construction is being performed voluntarily by PG&E under the authority and with the
agreement of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB).
