Section 2 <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Lathrop Dehydrator Station is located at the intersection of Willow Glen and Undine Roads, near French <br /> Camp in San Joaquin County (see Location Map, Figure 1). The station is owned by PG&E and occupies <br /> an area of approximately one-third acre. The station has been in operation for approximately 25 years and <br /> presently contains equipment to dehydrate, odorize, meter, and control the flow of natural gas. This <br /> equipment functions to convert well head gas to pipe line quality natural gas. The open areas of the station <br /> are covered with a gravelly fill. The station is unmanned and completely fenced with locked gates. <br /> The station lies at an elevation of approxiately 5 feet above mean sea level on relatively flat topographic <br /> terrain. The Middle River, which lies approximately 1,000 feet to the west of the site, is the nearest surface <br /> water body (Figure 1). <br /> 462891/42/PPU26 2-1 <br />
