Page 5 <br /> U.S.Can Company <br /> Soil and Groundwater Investigation Work Plan <br /> Project No.397.2 <br /> August 9, 1996 <br /> 3.0 SCHEDULE & REPORTING <br /> Geological Technics Inc. anticipates beginning field work no later than 30 days after work <br /> plan approval and issuance of the monitoring well permit. The information gathered during <br /> this phase of work (monitoring well installation and groundwater sampling) will be presented <br /> in a report which will include a summary of the geology and the results of sample analyses. <br /> The project will be supervised by Dr. Ray Kablanow, a registered professional geologist <br /> responsible for the work. Copies of the report will be forwarded to both the appropriate <br /> County and State regulatory agencies. <br /> 4.0 SIGNATURE AND CERTIFICATION <br /> This project will be performed by Geological Technics Inc. in accordance with accepted <br /> geologic and hydrologic standards of the State of California accepted and in effect at the time <br /> of this investigation.
