WALKER LANE (APNs 159-110-251 <br /> 159-110-31, 159-110-30 and 159-110-29) LIGURIAN VILLAGE, UNIT 2 <br /> In response to your letter received October 27, 2020, copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request <br /> for sanitary sewer to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City <br /> of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan <br /> conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The <br /> following information is provided as result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the <br /> City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The project is located within Area of Benefit No. 96. The current AOB fees due are <br /> approximately $387,000 and are adjusted annually by the ENR Index. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation <br /> to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department— Sanitary Sewer <br /> The subject parcels are currently not served by the City sanitary sewer collection system. <br /> There is adequate capacity available in Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 6 to serve <br /> the proposed project (Ligurian Village Unit 2) at this time. The point of connection is the <br /> existing 12-inch sewer line in Main Street. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> Stockton <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. 2004 <br /> 1999 <br />
