WALKER LANE (APNs 159-110-25, 159-110-31, 159-110-30 and 159-110-29) LIGURIAN VILLAGE, UNIT 2 Other Comments The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and extension of all sewer, water mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards, including permit acquisition. All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department. Because the project located in a County area, County permits for work done in the street right-of-way will be required. Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer and water services to the subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City utilities is allowed. This letter only represents the condition of City's utility system at this time. This letter does not constitute a reservation of capacity, nor does it vest this property with any entitlements. This letter will expire 24 months from February 5, 2021.
