WALKER LANE (APNs 159-110-25, <br /> 159-110-31, 159-110-30 and 159-110-29) LIGURIAN VILLAGE, UNIT 2 <br /> Other Comments <br /> The owner/developer shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and extension <br /> of all sewer, water mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City <br /> standards, including permit acquisition. <br /> All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> Because the project located in a County area, County permits for work done in the street <br /> right-of-way will be required. <br /> Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. <br /> Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General Plan <br /> Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master planned <br /> improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer and water services to the <br /> subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City utilities <br /> is allowed. This letter only represents the condition of City's utility system at this time. This <br /> letter does not constitute a reservation of capacity, nor does it vest this property with any <br /> entitlements.
