Currently, the <br /> property is empty of surface structures, and has been since about 1950. <br /> • The nearest water well is located to the east and south (approximately 100 <br /> ft from the property line). <br /> ` • The current property owner is one Robert Roberts of Robert's Enterprises <br /> in Sunnyvale. (Address: 870 West Evelyn, Sunnyvale, Ca 94086-Phone: <br /> (408) 736-5411). <br /> Geological Technics Inc. was recently contacted by Mr. Ron Llewellyn of <br /> Homer J. Olsen, Inc. and associates to perform an Environmental Assessment <br /> at the property located in Vernalis at the corner of Highway 33 & Welty Road. <br /> There is concern on the part of the client with respect to the environmental <br /> history of the property.
