5.0 REPORT PREPARATION <br /> A report will be prepared on completion of the field activities and receipt of the <br /> analytical results. This report will provide a summary of the soil and groundwater conditions, as <br /> well as tables, figures, and appendices presenting the results of the investigation. <br /> Recommendations for additional work and/or site closure will also be provided.
