SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br />AdvancedGeo <br />Art t=mployee-Owned Co"any <br />A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGI representative on 09 <br />December 2020. At the time of the site visit the weather was clear and cool. Primary <br />features of the property are shown in a site plan provided in Figure 2. Photographs of <br />selected features of the subject site are included in Appendix A. <br />4.1. METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br />The property was fully accessible during the site reconnaissance. No limiting <br />conditions were noted. <br />4.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br />The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed <br />at the time of the site visit: <br />• The property is currently undeveloped land that has been recently tilled. There <br />were no structures present during the time of the site reconnaissance. <br />• A canal is located running east -west through the subject property. <br />• Residential property is located at the northeastern edge of the property followed <br />by Loomis Road and Kennedy Park. <br />• Undeveloped land and residential housing is located to the west. <br />• The property is accessed to the east by Pock Lane, to the north by Loomis Road <br />and to the south by a dirt road that is follows a canal, which was seasonally dry <br />during the site reconnaissance. <br />The following is a description of the property improvements: <br />Structures <br />The property is currently undeveloped. <br />Adjoining / Access / <br />Egress Roads <br />The property is accessed to the east by Pock Lane, to the north by Loomis Road and <br />to the south by a dirt road that is follows a canal, which was seasonally dry during the <br />site reconnaissance. <br />Surface Types <br />The surface is tilled soil and mowed down vegetation. <br />Additional Features <br />A canal is located to the south of the property, which was seasonally dry during the <br />site reconnaissance. <br />Surface Water <br />There is a canal that runs through the southern portion of the subject property. <br />At the time of the site reconnaissance, current uses of adjacent properties included the <br />following: <br />North <br />The property to the north is occupied by a residential structure followed by Loomis Road and <br />Kennedy Park. <br />South <br />The property to the south is undeveloped land used for agricultural purposes. <br />East <br />The property to the east is occupied by residential property and an orchard. <br />West <br />The property to the west is undeveloped land and residential property. <br />Current uses of the adjoining properties do not appear to be of potential environmental <br />concern to the subject property. <br />
