SITE RECONNAISSANCE AdvancedGeo Art t=mployee-Owned Co"any A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGI representative on 09 December 2020. At the time of the site visit the weather was clear and cool. Primary features of the property are shown in a site plan provided in Figure 2. Photographs of selected features of the subject site are included in Appendix A. 4.1. METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS The property was fully accessible during the site reconnaissance. No limiting conditions were noted. 4.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed at the time of the site visit: • The property is currently undeveloped land that has been recently tilled. There were no structures present during the time of the site reconnaissance. • A canal is located running east -west through the subject property. • Residential property is located at the northeastern edge of the property followed by Loomis Road and Kennedy Park. • Undeveloped land and residential housing is located to the west. • The property is accessed to the east by Pock Lane, to the north by Loomis Road and to the south by a dirt road that is follows a canal, which was seasonally dry during the site reconnaissance. The following is a description of the property improvements: Structures The property is currently undeveloped. Adjoining / Access / Egress Roads The property is accessed to the east by Pock Lane, to the north by Loomis Road and to the south by a dirt road that is follows a canal, which was seasonally dry during the site reconnaissance. Surface Types The surface is tilled soil and mowed down vegetation. Additional Features A canal is located to the south of the property, which was seasonally dry during the site reconnaissance. Surface Water There is a canal that runs through the southern portion of the subject property. At the time of the site reconnaissance, current uses of adjacent properties included the following: North The property to the north is occupied by a residential structure followed by Loomis Road and Kennedy Park. South The property to the south is undeveloped land used for agricultural purposes. East The property to the east is occupied by residential property and an orchard. West The property to the west is undeveloped land and residential property. Current uses of the adjoining properties do not appear to be of potential environmental concern to the subject property.
