4.02 MOBILIZATION/DEMOBILIZATION <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for mobilization/demobilization will be based on the lump sum <br /> price quoted in the bid proposal. Payment shall be full compensation for <br /> labor, materials, tools, equipment, and overhead. <br /> 4.03 DUAL EXTRACTION LFG EXTRACTION WELL <br /> A. Measurement <br /> Measurement for all dual LFG extraction wells shall be by the linear foot. <br /> Contractor shall measure the depth of each well from the top of the well <br /> boring to the bottom with a weighted measuring tape in the presence of the <br /> Engineer. <br /> B. Payment <br /> Payment for the dual LFG extraction wells shall be per unit price per liner <br /> foot quoted in the cost sheet. The unit price shall include full compensation <br /> for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment for drilling and installing the well, <br /> completing well logs and reports, and for doing all work involved in installing <br /> the dual LFG extraction well as shown on the construction drawings and <br /> specified here-in. <br /> 4.04 PIPING <br /> A. Measurement <br /> 1. 3" Main Lateral <br /> Measurement for 3" main lateral shall be per linear foot from the <br /> header to the wye. <br /> 2. 2" and 3" Lateral Combination <br /> Measurement for 3" and 2" lateral shall be per linear foot from the wye <br /> to the well head. <br /> B. Payment <br /> Payment for piping shall be per the unit price per liner foot quoted in the <br /> cost sheet.
