Measurement <br /> 1. Measurement for abandoned boring backfill in refuse and abandoned <br /> boring backfill in native soil shall be by the linear foot (Figure 9). <br /> 2. Contractor shall measure the depth of abandoned boring from ground <br /> surface to the bottom with a weighted measuring tape in the presence <br /> of the Engineer. The Contractor shall then calculate the depth of <br /> backfill in refuse and depth of backfill in native soil.
