(AGE) has prepared this <br /> proposed schedule of site assessment milestones for the site at 2211 North Wilson Way, Stockton, <br /> California.The site assessment work plan dated 19 May 2000 and addendums dated 06 October 2000 <br /> and 30 October 2000, contain procedures for the scope of work listed in the following time line. <br /> • Issuance of a permit to established soil borings by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services-Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) in the final week of November 2000 <br /> (anticipated one-week permit-process duration), <br /> • Installation of four CPT soil borings is proposed for the third week of December 2000 (18 <br /> to 21 December 2000), <br /> • Assessment report of findings (preliminary contaminant model) is anticipated for the third <br /> week of January 2001 (15 January 2000), <br /> • Installation of wells is proposed for the last full week of January 2001, pending RWQCB <br /> approval of well designs and locations and PHS-EHD permit approval (22 to 25 January <br /> 2000), <br /> •.
