2012 TIDEWATER STOCKTON WORK PLAN FOR SEPARATE PHASE HYDROCARBON REMOVAL <br />AT THE WATERFRONT TOWERS PARKING LOT <br />____________________________________________________________________________ <br />10 <br />5.0 Schedule <br />Stantec is prepared to implement the installation of product removal remediation system <br />immediately following approval of this workplan. PG&E will be contracted for trenching from the <br />transformer to the remediation compound and to provide electrical service and an electrical <br />meter panel for the remediation system. PG&E will obtain any encroachment permits as <br />required by the City of Stockton for the work in the City right-of-way. <br />The remediation construction activities, including construction bid, utilities connection, and <br />equipment procurement shall comply with the following schedule: <br />Construction Activity Timeline (pending regulatory approval) <br />1-Finalize access agreements with WOTOA <br />property owners <br />Pending negotiations between Stantec and <br />WOTOA property owners <br />2- Finalize Remedial Design of Product <br />Removal System <br />Pending regulatory approval of this work plan <br />3-Submit building permit application to the City <br />of Stockton; service application to PG&E and <br />send bid requests to qualified contractors Within one month of Activities 1 and 2 <br />4- Receive approved building permits from the <br />City of Stockton <br />Within two months of Activity 3 <br />5-Receive approval of new electrical service <br />from PG&E <br />Within three months from Activity 3 <br />6-PG&E to begin utility connection Within one month of Activity 5 <br />7-Begin remedial system installation Within one month of Activity 5 <br />8-Complete system installation Within two months of Activity 7 and PG&E <br />meter installation <br />9-Perform remedial system start-up and <br />troubleshooting <br />Within 2 weeks of Activity 8 <br />10-Submit system installation and start-up <br />report <br />Within 6 weeks of Activity 9 <br />Based on the schedule shown above, Stantec anticipates system startup by the end of 2012, <br />with the installation and start-up report to be submitted by February 28, 2013.
