0/14/2006/WED 01:53 PM COS uSG & REDEV
Ms. Kitty Walker
FAX No, 20993750'1 g P. 008
7 7 June 2006
Once the investigation results report is submitted including groundwater sampling results, the
Central Valley Water Board will send for your review a site-specific draft Monitoring and
Reporting Program.
Schedule
The Investigation Work Plan contains a list of tasks as a schedule, and simply states, "four
months will be required for the work." The RDA needs to include in the Investigation Work
Plan a work schedule that shows the various tasks and phases of work and their
interdependency. Central Valley Water Board staff suggests using a Gantt chart type
schedule.
By 10 July 2006, please submit a revised work plan that incorporates our comments and a
letter that includes a time schedule to submit data into Geotracker. The RDA may not begin
work until it has concurrence on its work plan. Please note that if the RDA chooses to send a
response to these comments rather than a revised work plan, its review will further delay work.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or need additional information, you may contact
me at (916) 464-4682 or by email at mserra@waterboards.ca.gov.
1141"--Caltilk
MARY SERRA
Private Sites Cleanup Unit
Enclosures (8)
cc: Mr. Jerry Lila, Department of Toxic Substances Control, Sacramento
Mr. Jeffrey Wong, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton
Mr. Steve Pinkerton, City of Stockton, Stockton
Ms, Barbara J.
