(GSE) will be performing site mitigation on a 2 1/2 block parcel herein <br />referred to as the Stockton UPRR Project Site (Site) within the Agency's Amended West End <br />Redevelopment Project Area. Mitigation will encompass 28 borehole locations including 2 <br />hydropunch, 13 soil borings, and 13 locations that are both soil and hydropunch. These <br />locations can be founding Figure 5 of GSE's Revised Work Plan for Soil and Groundwater <br />Characterization Stockton Union Pacific Railroad Redevelopment Project (Work Plan) with the <br />addition of two (2) soil and hydropunch locations at grids G3 and Fl. <br />The APN numbers associated with this site are as follows: 13726005, 13726007, 13726028, <br />13726026, 13726029, 13726030, 13736018, 13736019, 13736021, 13736024, 13736026, 13736027, <br />13736028, 13736039, 13736050, 13736051, 13736053, 13736054, and 13736055. A description of <br />the site is provided below. <br />The Site is within the Agency's Amended West End Redevelopment Project area and includes <br />Parcel 24, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4, from north to south, respectively. Parcel 24 occupies <br />approximately 2.4 acres, located north of and immediately adjacent to Parcel 3, and bounded by <br />Lincoln Street to the west, Weber Avenue to the north and Van Buren Street to the east. Parcels <br />24 and 3 are divided by the former location of West Main Street. Parcel 3 occupies <br />approximately 2.4 acres, and is bounded by Lincoln Street to the west, Van Buren Street to the <br />east and former West Market Street to the south. Parcel 4, located to the south of Parcel 3 is <br />Los Angeles„ San Diego and Houston Golden State Envitonoaen.?:
