Health and Safety Plan, Subsurface Investigation <br />Potential New Court Site, Stockton, California <br />Dameron Hosnitol <br />525 West Acacia Street <br />Stockton, CA 95203 <br />(209) 944-5550 <br />Directions: <br />From Site 1, get on Eldorado Street and go north 9 blocks to Acacia Street. <br />Turn left on Acacia Street and go 7 blocks to the hospital on the right hand side. <br />From Site 2, get on Madison Street and go north 2 blocks to Weber Avenue. <br />Turn right on Weber Avenue and go 3 blocks to Eldorado Street. <br />Turn left on Eldorado Street and go north 9 blocks to Acacia Street. <br />Turn left on Acacia Street and go 7 blocks to the hospital on the right hand side. <br />The SSO will inform hospital personnel of non-emergency medical treatment administered to personnel <br />for onsite injury, illness, or exposure to chemical contaminants. <br />7.5.2 Treatment in Case of Electrical Shock <br />Notify the nearest medical treatment facility in all cases involving injury from electrical shock.
