Air Sparging Pilot Test Related Activities Report and Remedial Action Work Plan <br />Former Countryside Market, Stockton, California April 30, 2015 <br />7.0 REPORTING <br />7.1 Startup Reporting <br />A report documenting AS/SVE system installation and startup will be prepared. Information will be <br />presented regarding the system status and operation, monitoring records, and progress evaluation. <br />Radius of vacuum influence and TPH mass removal rates from the startup activities will also be <br />included. The System Installation and Start-up Report will be reviewed, signed, and stamped by a <br />California Professional Geologist or Engineer, and will be submitted to the RWQCB, SJV-APCD, <br />and other agencies and parties as appropriate. <br />7.2 Routine Monitoring Reporting <br />Routine AS/SVE treatment system performance results will be included in the existing groundwater <br />monitoring reports prepared for submittal to the RWQCB and the SJV-APCD on a quarterly basis. <br />The quarterly reports will include laboratory analytical results, groundwater gauging data, AS/SVE <br />operational details, AS/SVE treatment field data sheets, mass removal estimates, an evaluation of <br />the effectiveness of the AS/SVE system, and analysis of groundwater concentration trends. <br />7-1 The Source Group, Inc.
