Waterloo Rd. <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />GROUNDWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT <br />Discharge of treated groundwater from remediation activities located at Waterloo Food and <br />Fuel, 3032 E. Waterloo Rd., Stockton, is APPROVED under the following conditions: <br />Flow rate shall not exceed 5 gallons per minute. <br />-Total discharge shall not exceed 7,200 gallons per day. <br />Discharge location shall be sanitary sewer connection located on-site. <br />Discharge to storm water system is strictly prohibited. <br />-Permittee shall perform the attached Self-Monitoring Sample Program. <br />-Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the <br />Stockton Municipal Code, including section 7-089.20 Discharge of Petroleum <br />Contaminated Groundwater, and section 7-089.16 Specific Pollutant Limitations. <br />-Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all <br />applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including subtitles C and D of the <br />Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and 40 CFR Parts 260 through 271. <br />Permittee shall fully comply with all additional permit conditions. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: September 23, 2002 EXPIRATION DATE: August 31, 2007 <br />Stockton <br />bad rim ri city <br />1999
