The wells/sensitive receptors are in the contaminated ground water plume and must be <br />destroyed. <br />A Mill's tool will be used to rip the well casing. A sand/cement slurry will be used to seal the wells <br />from the bottom up to the surface. <br />Well casing will cut off approximately 3 feet bgs and backfilled with clean fill material. <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br />You must submit a well destruction permit application and a $60.00 fee to secure the required permit <br />prior to performing work. <br />You must obtain cost preapproval for the proposed work from the SWRCB Cleanup Fund. <br />You must obtain a written access agreement for right of entry to perform the destruction from the <br />Stockton Unified School District. <br />DATED 7/ ab to 3 <br />Harlin Knoll, Senior REHS (209) 468-3442 <br />cc: AGE-Bill Little <br />BY
