CONSENT FOR ENTRY AND SAMPLING <br />Permission is granted to Advanced GeoEnvrionmental, Inc (AGE), acting on behalf of Paul Sidhu, <br />property owner of 3032 East Waterloo Road, Stockton, California, to access the agricultural well on <br />the property at 1912 North Sutro Avenue, Stockton, California. <br />Sampling of the well, may require pump removal (to be paid by AGE acting as an agent of <br />(Paul Shidu) and will be conducted in accordance with San Joaquin County regulations to collect <br />ground water samples as part of an investigation of a fuel release at 3032 East Waterloo Road, <br />Stockton, California. <br />AGE will agree to hours of access designated by the property owner and make reasonable efforts to <br />avoid or minimize interference with or disrupt any activities at the well locations. AGE will hold <br />general commercial liability insurance to cover $1,000,000 for damage, personal damage and death, <br />auto, and Worker's Compensation in accordance with the laws of the State of California. <br />INDEMNITY <br />The property owner have not assumed liabilities for any injury or damages that may occur due to <br />AGE's activities in the vicinity of the monitoring wells. AGE and the property owner of 3032 East <br />Waterloo Road agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner against any claims, <br />suits or demands, including attorney's fees and court costs, arising out of AGE's performance of <br />investigation work on the well brought by any third party, person, entity or government body.
