The <br />MW will be installed with a screen from approximately 175 feet to 185 feet BGS in previously <br />identified HU6 (water bearing unit E). <br />To install 12 off-site MWs at four locations to monitor the lateral and the vertical groundwater <br />contamination migrating from the site. <br />To install 4 Twin CPTs in the previously identified groundwater down-gradient direction to define the <br />extent of MTBE migration. <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. EHD has not received permits applications, access agreements, or fees for any of the approved <br />off-site work.
