In the
UST Report, Apex presents the results of a review of fuel inventory records for the
currently operating commercial petroleum fueling facility at the Site, current UST system
leak testing, and fuel fingerprint analysis of free product collected from Site well EW-1.
In the 1 Q21 GMR, Apex presents March 2021 groundwater monitoring and sampling
data and the results of inspection of the current condition of all Site wells.
In the 1 Q21 GMR, Apex concludes that of the 32 existing Site wells, 10 wells
(MW-5C/D/E, MW-6B/C/D/E, and MW-7C/D/E) are damaged sufficiently that gauging or
sampling cannot be completed. Wells MW-5, MW-6, and MW-7 are continuous multi-
chamber tube (CMT) wells, with the well casing of each being comprised of a single
vinyl tube with 5 chambers (A through E) with the screened interval of each chamber
KARL E.
