Charges to these <br />funds may be interchanged to either fund at the discretion of the CITY. <br />The rates charged to these funds by 7-H for labor and equipment are as follows; <br /> Engineering $ /hr <br /> CAD Drafting $ /hr <br /> Chief Mechanic / Plant Supv. $ /hr <br /> Electrician $ /hr <br /> Equip. Operator / Plant Operator $ /hr <br /> Laborer $ /hr <br /> Service Truck $ /hr <br /> Rental Equipment At local rates <br />The CITY shall approve all repair work. 7-H shall submit a "Work Authorization" <br />form describing the repairs with estimated costs. CITY shall approve or <br />disapprove the requested repair item within the time frame requested by 7-H. <br />Payment made to 7-H by the CITY for these repairs shall be as outlined in <br />paragraph 4.1.1. of this Agreement. <br />During term of AGREEMENT, 7-H shall use methods of operation and <br />maintenance, which will not cause deterioration of CITY'S FACILITY <br />beyond normal wear and tear. <br />3.7 Effluent Criteria. Except, as otherwise set forth in the AGREEMENT, 7-H will <br />operate FACILITY in compliance with the current Order No. ,which is <br />currently in effect. 7-H will operate and maintain the FACILITY "on a best efforts <br />basis" if and when effluent flow has exceeded the permitted capacity. <br />3.7 1 Pond Sludge. Both parties agree that the existing Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant has no facilities for the removal of "sludge build-up". At such time as <br />removal of sludge is necessary, the said removal shall be considered "Capital <br />Maintenance" with the CITY paying all costs associated with the removal and <br />disposal. Disposal shall be performed as per the requirements of the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />3.8 Reports. 7-H will prepare and sign as certified operator all monthly operating <br />reports as required by the state, federal and local governments. 7-H shall also <br />prepare the necessary laboratory sampling and analyses reports as required by <br />Order No. ,which is currently in effect for the FACILITY. 7-H shall <br />submit all required reports to the following agencies as required: <br />7-H Technical Services Group Contract for Operation and Maintenance Services Page 5 of 12
